Shipping policy
At Embered Antiquities, we operate on a print-on-demand model to ensure the highest quality and reduce environmental waste. Each item is manufactured specifically for the individual who ordered it.
1. Fulfillment Regions
We currently provide shipping exclusively to the following regions:
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Canada
Orders placed for delivery outside of these territories cannot be processed at this time.
2. Production and Processing
Every order undergoes a dedicated production phase before it is dispatched. Through our Printify Choice network, your order is automatically routed to the most efficient high-quality fulfillment center closest to your delivery address.
- Standard Production Time: 2–5 business days.
- Peak Periods: Production may extend during high-volume seasonal windows.
3. Shipping Estimates
Once production is finalized, your item will be dispatched via local courier services. Estimated transit times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days.
- United States: 3–7 business days.
- Canada: 5–12 business days.
Please note that these are estimates provided by our couriers and do not include the initial production time.
4. Tracking and Delivery
Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be issued to the address provided at checkout. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to synchronize with the carrier's system.
5. Customs and Import Duties (International)
For customers in Canada and the USA ordering from outside their local fulfillment zones:
Items may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Embered Antiquities has no control over these secondary costs.
6. Address Verification
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Our automated fulfillment system transmits order data directly to production; therefore, we cannot guarantee that address modifications can be made once an order has been submitted.
7. Lost or Non-Delivered Items
If your tracking status indicates "Delivered" but the item has not been received, please contact your local postal service to open an investigation. For items that remain in transit significantly beyond the estimated window, please contact our support team at info@emberedantiquities.com.
Strategy Note for your Shopify Settings:
Since you are using Printify Choice, I recommend double-checking your Shipping Profiles in Shopify. You’ll want to create three distinct zones (UK, USA, and Canada) to ensure your rates are calculated correctly for each.
